The Brief
Bloom Brasserie is one of Dublin’s top restaurants, occupying number 1 spot on Trip Advisor for a period. They contacted Avolon looking a solution for their oddly shaped back outdoor area.
Their brief was to supply a solution whereby they could use this area during the summer evenings, meaning more restaurant covers, when inside was fully booked. We were given a time frame and a budget to work to.
The Solution
Both the owners and ourselves decided upon 2 Commercial Grade Parasols with centre rain gutter.
Speaking with the owners after a busy summer, they are very happy with the outcome, telling us that not only is the alfresco area always in use, but it is always requested.
